Email support@cutday.app. Tell us your display name and roughly when the problem happened — that is enough for us to find the match or the auction.

Common questions

• My ranked run is gone. One ranked run per week, per player. Practice matches are unlimited and never consume it.
• My bid disappeared. Auctions settle when their window closes; the highest bid pays its own bid. Check Kaiten Market → My Bids for the last 24 hours of results.
• Cards vanished from my roster. Every Wednesday at 21:00 Paris is Cut Day: the weakest cards are cut and free agents sign in. The Gazette report in the Front Office lists exactly what changed.
• I can't play fullscreen. Some mobile browsers do not expose the Fullscreen API. Install Cut Day to your Home Screen instead — Settings → Fullscreen explains how on your device.

Delete your account

In the app: Settings → Delete my account. It removes your roster, coins, coaches, bids and reports for good. Email us if you cannot reach that screen.
